I meditate by getting relaxed, focusing on steadying my breathing, focusing on the sensations in my body and what I can sense outside my body. Then I clear my thoughts. And repeat. That’s basically it.
@Deleted User if I lay flat I will sleep....the only way I get totally relaxed is by listening to nice high-speed music but then I start whistling and apparently you're supposed to have silence while meditating
I don't understand, I tried all the stuff you said about posture and whatnot, I've tried that before....it never did anything, I would close my eyes and see black and eventually I'd fall asleep
